Here are some diets that I find useful, but always remember to adapt the diet to your needs. And always keep in mind that you want a healthy lifestyle. And it’s always great to switch up what you’re eating to boost your metabolism.

Moderation is key! Be kind to yourself! Be smart, especially if you want to maintain the results. There is no such thing as a quick fix!
