the definition of a healthy lifestyle is not working out all the time, eating fruits and vegetables and lifting.
a healthy lifestyle is doing whatever you like, smiling, inner peace, eating whatever you like and whatever is good for your body and your soul, loving, being happy, laughing with the ones you love, feeling comfortable with your body and being positive. enjoy being alive.
Decide what you want. Believe you can have it. Believe you deserve it and believe it’s possible for you. And then close your eyes and every day for several minutes, visualize having what you already want, feeling the feelings of already having it.

You’ve been criticizing yourself for years and it hasn’t worked. Try accepting yourself and see what happens.

Anonymous asked: i just love you and you blog, like, it has such a healthy way of approaching fitness, not with "fitspo" pictures of scantily clad women with 0% body fat, but you promote healthy approaches over obsession! and i love the self confidence and patience message you are sending. stay fab! xoxo
well aren’t you lovely! i love you more! thank you for such sweet words. yes, every body is different, everyone has a different goal. a lot of people like the lean scantily clad women because its a visualization of their goal, which i understand, and is totally cool. i don’t participate in that because it can be really unhealthy to compare yourself, and live up to someone else’s ideal, and someone else’s journey. it also puts a lot of pressure on women to look a certain way, and while its great to be healthy and active, i dont want anyone to feel pressure to be or look like anything other than themselves :) being healthy is great, but love yourself, and others at every size :)
